'FAST' real-time patient surveys helping to improve the patient experience.

Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust and Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have recently implemented a number of Intouch's 'FAST' real-time patient surveys to help to improve the patient experience.

'FAST' surveys are web based programmes that provide clear and simple outcome reports at the touch of a button. These easy-to-use programmes are accessible on a range of devices including tablet PC's and desk top kiosks which will be used Western Cheshire and Cheshire and Wirral PCTs to gain instant feedback from their service users both out in the field and at GP surgeries.
