“PHIS” Public Health Information Service
Intouch’s Public Health Information Service (PHIS) is a general, web-based health information system specifically designed for navigation on touch screen kiosks (although equally suitable for use on PCs, PDAs and Digital TV). The range of topics covered includes:
medical conditions- tests and investigations
- surgical operations
- healthy living
- benefits and entitlements
- travel health
- infection control
Content is drawn from a number of accredited sources.
PHIS content in languages other than English
PHIS also contains a substantial amount of health information in languages other than English, presented not only in text format but also as audio files to help those who are not able to read their own language. We are happy to work with organisations which need more content in more languages translated and added to serve the needs of their particular community groups.Latest News
