Product Evaluation
Intouch is always keen to demonstrate the effectiveness of its products and to work with clients to produce evidence of success. We can advise our clients on methods of product evaluation and often provide some of the performance measurement tools to support this task. For example, we can append our “FAST” patient survey system to a product like “Staywell”, our self care education programme, in order to gain immediate feedback on satisfaction levels amongst users of the programme. It should also be noted that many of Intouch’s products provide usage data and analysis which in themselves support the evaluation process.
