Translation
Many Intouch clients have a requirement for health information and education services in languages other than English. Our Staywell self-care education service is, for example, specifically designed to accommodate multi-lingual versions, and our Public Health Information Service (PHIS) carries translated content not only in text format but in audio form for people who cannot read their own language. When translation work is required, Intouch is happy either to undertake this task and to charge the client, or to work with the client’s own local translators where these are on hand. It is also worth noting that Intouch can provide telephone access to products like Staywell, using the Medical Advisory service, and that interpreters can be played into the call when required.
