The into... co system runs on a kiosk, a tablet PC, or can be accessed across the internet. It is designed to be very simple and quick to use with a simple patient identification method, (often a hospital number entered by staff).
The system asks the questions to gain Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROM) using a very simple method designed to take less than a minute.
In the majority of cases it is envisaged that the patient is assisted in completing the feedback and there are no ‘confirm buttons’ to slow the workflow.
